Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to support the identification of potential business opportunities
- Track and Report M&A activities with a focus on medical device business
- Contribute to the preparation of financial models to project future performance and value of target companies
- Identification of surgical pain points through OR observations
- Support the documentation of M&A activities and help track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in analyzing and documenting the search process to identify areas for efficiency improvements
General tasks
- Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
- High school
- Studying Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Technical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Fluent in English required
Travel Requirements
- Occasional/regular travels to customers, congresses and OR visits required
Physical Requirements
- Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer
