Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Structuring on various tasks related to third-party agreements, economic assessments, reporting, and processes.
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnerships, co-development agreements, and other service contracts.
- Facilitate alignment among internal teams such as Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Technical, and Project Development.
- Serve as the liaison between external partners, service providers, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Manage internal approvals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure all related information is accurate.
- Monitor the fulfillment of existing agreements and ensure compliance with stated terms.
- Support due diligence management and economic assessments for PV and wind projects.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Law, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Full proficiency in German and a good level of English.
- Basic understanding of the German energy market is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and commercial drive.
- Outgoing, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of stakeholder and project management is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly growing business environment.
- Experience in an international company and ability to report in both German and English.
