The Team:
As part of the Information Security team, you will be working closely with different departments for their information security compliance. The Information Security team plays a critical role in ensuring Celonis's technology and information assets are appropriately guarded from external and internal threats. The team you'll be joining is responsible to maintain existing security attestations at Celonis globally, balance risk with appropriate controls and assess control effectiveness.
The Role:
Do you want to get a unique end-to-end view into Celonis and have the possibility to actively shape the operations of a hypergrowth SaaS company? As an Information Security Working Student you will assist with implementing and improving the day to day operations related to information security audits. You will experience working with Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology. There is an opportunity to learn more about the Celonis Platform and other technologies as well as to bridge technical and business domains.
The work you’ll do:
- Support initiatives around the GRC platform and audit evidence collection, assessment and quantifying of control effectiveness prior to audits
- Operationalize requirements
- Develop and manage security and process documentation.
- Ensure that required security control initiatives are executed on schedule and in line with our Information Security program objectives
- Develop and manage metrics and reporting designed to measure Information Security program effectiveness and ensure compliance with our policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Work on initiatives and projects to grow and extend our Information Security program
The qualifications you need:
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Academic background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability and willingness to gain a deeper understanding of the Technology landscape at Celonis, including our own product.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different areas/departments
- Problem solving and strong project management skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Open-ended problem-solving skills
- Self-driven troubleshooting and testing skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of technology processes, risks, infrastructure, and information security are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
