THE OPPORTUNITY

Your work will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency and a seamless customer experience, as you will oversee invoicing and cash collection within the order management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
People who are part of the Business team work together with experts from the fields of finance, law and logistics and take ownership of comprehensive strategic projects that equip our organization with analytical data and work closely with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You will ensure accurate and timely client billing according to German and international standards
- You will collect payments from customers and accurately record it into the system
- You will update client accounts based on payment or contact information
- You will support the Order Management team with day-to-day business and order processing
- You will contribute to the order process and get familiar with every step of the way
- You will ensure accurate and timely data entry into our system
- You will validate orders and track delivery of services
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- You are currently enrolled in university and studying Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or a similar field
- Prior experience in Order Management and experience with CRM applications are a big plus!
- Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your day-to-day tasks
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German will enable you to communicate efficiently internally and externally with different stakeholders
