The Revenue & Success department is at the forefront of driving Personio's growth, focusing on delivering value to our customers and ensuring the success of our sales teams. We are dedicated to empowering our teams with the right resources and insights to enable them to excel. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting this mission by organizing and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are equipped and ready to contribute to Personio's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the scheduling and organising of onboarding activities in R&S, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Support with the design and development of learning material and training sessions, using our innovative LMS and leveraging AI
- Ensure the relevant Onboarding resources for new hires, for example the onboarding checklist, are created on time.
- Collaborate with IT to help set up tools and systems for new hires.
- Be one of the faces of onboarding, serving as a main point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing guidance as they navigate their onboarding journey.
- Support the collection of survey and anecdotal feedback from new hires, hiring managers and our internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you need to succeed:
- You have an interest in Enablement and Operational Excellence, and enjoy working with people and data
- You have interest in Learning Experience Design - previous experience with Canva is a plus
- You have strong interest in efficiency and reducing complexity in coordination, leveraging AI
- You show strong attention to detail and are diligent in executing your tasks
- You have a strong sense of responsibility
- You approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented manner and seek for opportunities to improve processes
- You are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and structure your day effectively
- You are strong in communication and able to engage and motivate people
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
