Tasks:

Supporting the interface between Workday and SAP.

Assisting in exciting implementation projects, including the optimization of existing processes.

Providing support in payroll, including data entry, verification, and correction of payroll data.

Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating master data.

Performing quality control tasks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.

Contributing to project work in the areas of payroll and HR.
Profile:
-
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, HR Management, or a related field.

IT affinity and interest in HR topics and payroll processes.

Initial experience with Workday, SAP, or other HR systems is an advantage.

Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Team player with reliability and motivation to learn new things.
