For the implementation of SAP 4 Hana our NorthStar Program is searching a Business Readiness Manager (f/m/d).
The Business Readiness Manager works with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in the development and execution of business readiness strategies that will help to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
You can perform this position remotely. There is an onsite meeting once a month in Neuburg a.d. Kammel Germany while phase 1.

Your tasks

  • The Business Readiness Manager supports the organization to achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring the business is ready to receive the agreed change (address business problems and opportunities), ensuring that change initiatives are successfully assessed and implemented to enable them to be embedded in the organization.
  • This position works with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team with the development and execution of business readiness strategies that will help to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • This person communicates with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about change initiatives and that their needs and expectations are being met.
  • The Business Readiness Manager works with the OCM Lead, Regional Change Manager, project team and organizational leaders to insure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • Sound experience with medium to high complexity change management ERP projects, including manufacturing production processes and experience with SAP
  • Broad business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Demonstrated experience with complex software implementation, especially with deployment stages
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to our manufacturing locations
