Hardware lifecycle management (deployment / maintenance / decommissioning)

Client Hardware Handover, SWAPS & Returns

Service Request & Incident Management (IT Kiosk & ITSM Tool)

Maintenance of conferencing systems & meeting room equipment

Experience with Apple macOS (desirable)
Profile

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a degree programme in (business) computer science or a comparable field of study

Initial practical experience is an advantage, e.g. as part of a previous IT-technical vocational training programme or through internships/working student activities

Experienced handling of the MS Office package

Very good communication skills and the ability to express yourself professionally
