Aareon Pay brings together software solutions for our customers in the housing industry, offering deep ERP integration that enables attractive financial optimizations in three key areas:
• Payment reconciliation
• Embedded finance (insurance and loan brokerage)
• Debt management
Our products connect our customers and cooperation partners (banks and insurance companies) directly within our ERP systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Support and Product Placement: Provide support and assistance to our customers through regular contact and a deep understanding of various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Efficient Onboarding: Guide Aareon Pay users through a comprehensive onboarding process, explain the full range of features, and assist with setup.
- Solution-Oriented Support: Help customers with their questions and concerns regarding Aareon Pay to ensure quick and satisfactory solutions.
- Feedback Management for Product Improvement: Act as a link between customers and product development by collecting valuable feedback to enhance Aareon Pay.
- Creation of Informational Materials: Provide valuable input for the development of helpful resources such as FAQs to improve the customer experience.
Your Profile:
- Experience in Customer Success and Upselling to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction, ideally in the software or banking sector.
- Enthusiasm for shaping and developing a new business area, seizing the opportunity to grow with it and help design processes.
- Confident and competent communication, with experience in engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Empathy and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and act in a solution-oriented manner.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a high level of motivation.
- Very good, fluent German language skills for effective communication with our customers.
