The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
Personio has over 14,000 customers and more than 1,800 employees across eight offices, but we're just getting started. There are still many untapped opportunities as we strive to hire the very best in tech.
For instance, how do we raise awareness of our open roles and attract talent in areas where we are one of many exciting tech companies? How do we attract candidates in new markets when opening a new office? How do we showcase the inclusive culture of our growing international team to attract diverse talent in tech? In Employer Branding, there is lots of creative freedom to experiment with new ideas and implement strategies that have a meaningful impact.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Employer Brand team at Personio are collaborators in the truest sense. We work closely with a range of teams, including Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Design, People Experience, and hiring teams, to name a few!
This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a creative spark, and is an organizational pro to develop their skills in a new area.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Your tasks will be the following:
- Photography, video shoots, and content creation for social media channels
- Support with the conception and execution of strategic employer brand deliverables such as candidate materials (pitch packs) and blogs
- Track and report on employer branding metrics, including paid and organic social media
- Interviewing and contacting people from across the organization to collate information for content creation, events, and other projects
- Support with merchandise: research, ordering, and restocking
- Event and project support for company-wide events and initiatives like Summer Sessions
- Building and updating website pages using our content management tools
- Market research as we look to keep on top of industry trends
- Support to create and manage paid campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Ad Manager
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- You are a registered student, in your bachelor's or master's studies
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships in the field of (employer) branding, marketing, and/or social media management
- You have examples of practical experience supporting and managing projects with some degree of ownership for deliverables
- You feel comfortable working with data and have a growing ability to spot insights and trends
- You work independently and enjoy proactively talking to people and can handle organizational tasks in a structured way
- You are a strong communicator and fluent in English. German would be a plus
- You are creative and ideally have experience in tools and programs such as Canva
