At our position you will be responsible for processing Know Your Client requirements for any retail and institutional clients for both new clients and on a cyclical basis.
Your field of activity includes timely and accurate due diligence review as per the organization's policies, conducting various database searches as required for different client segments before onboarding the client. Key activities include liaising with the front-end and other relevant teams to obtain any missing client documentation, escalation of process gaps or any other issues during due diligence, maintain regular information reports and keep records updated, in-depth knowledge of corporate structures, i.e., privately owned or public companies, trusts and partnerships to implement KYC and Due Diligence policies.
What you should bring along:

Proficient in English and German

Skilled in using online research tools and applying logical thinking

Experienced in writing, with a keen interest in further developing the company's written policies and procedures

Tenacious in resolving issues/tasks, unafraid to ask questions, and self-organized (able to adhere to and track agreed targets)

Committed to a long-term (>1 year) role and able to work in the Frankfurt (Main) office
