The LEGO® Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Western Europe Analytics and Insights team partnering with the Europe Central business unit. This is a great opportunity for a team player who is curious about data, passionate about business and eager to drive insights.
Core Responsibilities

Support the reporting and analysis activities of your Business Unit Europe Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Reporting of Key performance indicators; internal business KPIs and Toy Market

Ownership of consumer sales data ingestion and quality in an efficient way

Work closely with colleagues across the Western Europe A&I team to share & reapply best practices related to the ingestion process and lead improvements of your local processes.

Improve the accessibility of data across your organization.

Train your stakeholders on reporting capabilities.

As a part of the Western Europe Analytics & Insights (A&I) team, you will be given the space and support you need to unfold and grow your potential. The position is located in Grasbrunn (Munich), where you will find yourself surrounded by the most helpful and energizing colleagues, and closely collaborate with the EUC A&I team. In our daily work we strive to deliver the absolute best, but at the same time we are eager to make it a fun and playful experience for everyone. Ideally you will work 20 hours/week for 12 months, as of first of April 2025.
Do you have what it takes?

You are enrolled in a university, studying business administration, economics, business intelligence or other relevant fields.

You have strong collaboration skills and want to join an international working environment.
-
You are curious about the business, have an affinity for data, and are energized to review the status quo and actively support improvements.

You have analytical skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills. Excel skills are a must and SQL/Python skills are a nice to have.

You are a team player with excellent communication skills together with a strong service mindset.

A can do attitude paired with strong organisation abilities and attention to detail.
Language Skills

You speak and write German and/or English fluently.
