Workforce Planning Program Manager
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Responsible for the development of workforce plans by incorporating business strategies, financial goals, and human capital requirements. Partners with business management to understand business needs, develops and recommends optimal workforce plans, and develops the processes for implementing plans across all company business groups and global functions. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data, external factors and trends in workforce strategy. Develops standardized business and human capital analytics and the processes to meet deliverables, establishes data management practices, and monitors the implementation progress of workforce plans throughout the organization.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
How you´ll make your mark:
- Leads the process of developing workforce plans aligned to business or function needs.
- Oversees data collection, provides advanced analyses, and interprets workforce metrics.
- Applies advanced knowledge of statistical/financial models to evaluate workforce metrics and develop recommendations.
- Monitors business progress against the execution of workforce plans and ensures plans are aligned with corporate principles.
- Applies deep subject matter expertise in internal workforce trends to evaluate workforce plans, identify gaps, and propose solutions to HR and business management.
- Helps ensure workforce planning processes are cost- effective and efficient.
- Delivers data driven insights through development of data driven models.
- Tests insights through analytical rigor and collaborating across the company to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborates with management across the company (business, HR, finance, etc.) in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of workforce plans.
About you:
- First level university degree; advanced university degree in business preferred.
- Typically +6 years experience in finance and/or business administration, preferably in a workforce planning role.
- Superior analytical skills and strong modeling capabilities, including advanced expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Superior business and financial acumen.
- Advanced program management, process development, leadership, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Advanced communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to not only manage at an operational level but also think strategically.
