Position Summary
Integrate different work processes operated by each business unit to contribute to standard HR operation
Improve operation efficiency by providing and supporting HR services(recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, DM, L&D)
Role and Responsibilities
- Data Audit Perform regular data audits and data quality checks in Workday system
- HR Reporting Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources. Generate comprehensive data reports and analytical solutions in support of internal stakeholders
- Troubleshooting Handle errors and troubleshoot problems in HR Workday system
- Appointment Input & Mass Uploads Input appointment information of a business unit and effectively perform mass-data uploads (regular evaluation, promotion, merit pay increase, reorganization etc.), as well as data entries in the HR system
- Online training support Manage the completion rate of online trainings and the operation of training courses.
- Continuous Improvement Suggest improvement based on problems surfaced by inquiries from internal customers
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR admin
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills
• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• May mentor or coach team members
