Provides Tier 1 HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organizations procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.
• Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.
• Practice strict security compliance in handling sensitive employee information
• Process data entry with attention to quality and quantity.
• Accountable for processing all of HR operations workload.
• Consistently attain the service level set by the company.
• Maintains consistency and accuracy in updating Knowledge base, HRIS and other HRSS systems.
• Ensures that all transactions are documented and processed within the agreed timeframe.
• Updates procedures documents, process maps and works instructions regularly and comply with the document storage rules of the company.
• Develop mastery and expertise of the processes to be able to suggest improvements which leads to higher efficiency.
• Maintain a filing system to meet local and audit requirements
• Perform quarterly audit on the data integrity on Workday
Qualifications:
• Ability to develop and maintain strong consulting relationships with HR and business leaders
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas etc..
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of key data integrity principles with ability to foresee downstream implications
• Expert ability to analyze and summarize data and to identify key findings and related business implications
• Ability to work independently and to prioritize, plan work and meet deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and customer focus
