We are looking for a Workday Talent and Learning Consultant to support talent management and learning initiatives. This role involves configuring and optimizing Workday’s Talent and Learning modules, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning administration. The consultant will collaborate with project teams to align talent reviews and performance reviews with goals, competency frameworks, feedback etc. Workday Talent & Learning certification is a must.
Requirements:

Workday Talent & Performance Certification (Mandatory). Learning Certification is an advantage

4-8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Workday Talent & Performance systems

Strong expertise in Employee Review, Calibration, Goal Management, and Succession Planning

Experience managing Talent & Performance project timelines, risks, and dependencies
-
Ability to analyze, configure, test, and deploy Talent & Performance solutions in Workday
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience developing change management, training, and communication strategies
Preferences:

Successful delivery of 2+ Talent implementations across at least two phases

Experience with HRIS and HCM implementation projects

Knowledge of Talent & Performance business processes and cross-functional HR integration

Familiarity with organizational structures and stakeholder engagement
