Job Title: Workday Support Analyst
Location: Tres Rios, Costa Rica and Hybrid
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Support Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is responsible for providing technical and functional support for Workday, troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring the system operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of HR processes, and experience with Workday administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for Workday users, addressing inquires, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system functionality across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to update organization structures, process compensation changes, and maintain employee personal data.
- Manage and resolve Workday support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with system configuration, security administration, and maintenance of business processes.
- Support Workday updates and releases by testing new functionalities.
- Document system processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, IT, business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience working with Workday in a support or analyst role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and other Office applications.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Workday security roles and permissions.
- Experience in Workday integrations.
