Job Description Summary
As a stand-alone company Sandoz is establishing its own Human Capital Management (HCM) Program. Workday will be our key tool to cover the following modules: Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Compensation, People Analytics, Time and Absence, Recruiting and Onboarding.
To exit the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) with Novartis company, we have chosen a “lift and shift” strategy to copy the existing Workday functionality.
For that an HCM Program team with members from People & Organization (P&O) and Technology is now forming. We are hiring a Workday Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead Specialist to work closely with HCM TA CoE Lead to contribute to our implementation plan. Job Description

Partnership with the Technology team and P&O community (TA Centre of Excellence, Country P&O partners, P&O Operations and P&O HCM team):
-
Understanding of the business needs, gathering Legal, Fiscal, and Regulatory (LFR) and technical requirements, functionalities and their configuration while considering the change impacts and eliminating risks and inconsistencies.

Suggesting and designing solutions, addressing the change requests and support requirements from the P&O community, in accordance with the “lift and shift” approach.

Leading change management activities to ensure great user experience.

Effective cooperation with internal customers (P&O, IT, employees, managers)

Training, knowledge transfer and guides/tutorials preparation and execution.

Promotion of employee/managers self-service and use of reports/dashboards.

Ensuring smooth integration between Workday and downstream systems.

Support of strong data integrity, reporting and security functionalities:

High awareness of current setup, constant analysis and development of advanced security and compliance.

Ensuring data and modules integrity, solving issues.

Design and configuration of reports/dashboards based on business needs of TA.

Compliance with internal and statutory policies and legislations.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Workday expertise and experience in Recruiting and Onboarding is a must.

Analytical skills and strong attention to detail, while considering consequences and impacts.

Problem solving, ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

English (Professional level spoken and written).
