GEICO's People Technology organization is growing by adding an HR Systems Engineer II to the Workday Reporting Team! This role DESIGNS and BUILDS reports and reporting platforms that help business leaders gain insight and make decisions related to people data. You will collaborate with peers inside People Tech and partner with customers inside not only the People Group but other areas of the business to provide people data, primarily leveraging Workday. You will help to renovate existing reports and create new ones, build custom dashboards and leverage Prism to consolidate and report complex people data sets. This position sits with within a team focused on the Workday HCM reporting function.
Role Responsibilities:

SCOPE, DESIGN, and BUILD scalable and resilient People data reports and reporting platforms

ENGAGE with peers and partners throughout the Workday HCM to understand how business processes are configured and the end user experience

PARTICIPATE with peers in design sessions and reviews to elevate the quality of people reporting across the organization

UTILIZE Workday reporting functionality including Prism along with additional tools including Power BI and Azure tools
-
SHARE best practices and IMPROVE processes within and across teams

NFLUENCE product definition and LEVERAGE technical skills and process knowledge to determine solution

ADHERE to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles

MEET attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers

Role Requirements:

Must be knowledgeable of Workday report writing and following standards and processes that have been published and the guidelines for the design

Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills

Must be able to provide system training to team members as needed

Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, professional oral or written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization

Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent education or work experience
-
2+ years of non-internship professional Workday experience
-
2+ years of experience with Workday reporting including Prism
-
2+ years of experience with Power BI

Annual Salary
$70,000.00 - $160,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
