Our capable Associates lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies and industry best practices —as well as innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable technology solutions. Requirements:

Active Workday Payroll Certification (US/UK/Canada) with at least 3 years of experience in Workday payroll implementations.

Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, including taxes, compliance, legislation, earnings, deductions, and tax calculations.

Experience in delivering at least two end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations.

Ability to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements using Workday best practices.

Experience in legacy data conversion and testing payroll configurations.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll scenarios and integration challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client engagement and team coordination.
Preferences:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience working with integrations between Workday and third-party payroll solutions.

Familiarity with Workday release updates and impact analysis.

Ability to develop prototypes and client-ready deliverables.

Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll best practices.

Experience in suggesting innovative approaches for Workday Payroll deployment.

Proven ability to work independently and in a team for successful project delivery.
