Job Title: Workday Manager

Position Summary
We are looking for a Workday Manager to focus mainly on Workday HCM, Talent&Performance and/or Compensation processes in our HR Operations and HR Analytics teams in Warsaw. We are a team located in Warsaw providing services in the areas of global Recruitment, Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits administration and people data analytics to the HR team based in London.
Primary Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively develop and improve Workday HCM modules, and collaborate with other Workday specialists in our team
- Lead and work in different development projects, whether HR- or business-driven
- Co-operate with HR stakeholders and IT
- Actively research new enhancements and releases in Workday to ensure the system is up to date
- Gather and analysing business requirements and mapping into Workday solutions
- Build complex custom reports (advanced, matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards
- Support HRBP’s, Compensation and Talent Development team with HR Cycle activities
- Work closely with our third party support provider
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes
- Provide general end-user support, education and training as needed
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
You will have demonstrable experience of:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing Workday and a strong Workday HCM background especially Talent&Performance, Recruiting, Learning and/or Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workday system administration
- Proactive approach
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel
- experience and the ability to work in a dynamic, global and virtual team
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Business-focused and result-oriented
- HR experience, and a basic understanding of HR policy and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
