The Workday Success Plans Team are all about our customers and their post Go-Live journey - we create programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. The team is responsible for delivering a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

About the Role
Consulting Manager, Workday Success Plans Delivery – PATTS will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of Workday experts focused on helping our customers adopt new features and optimise their existing solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks, and troubleshooting
- Act as a queue lead by reviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultant
- Aggressively recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of consultants
- Promote a team-orientated, challenging, and innovative work environment
- Deliver on quarterly objectives including headcount/hiring, customer satisfaction, individual and team utilization and administer team’s incentive compensation plans
- Maintain and improve the consulting onboarding, performance management and career development processes
- Collaborate with peers and other team members to continuously look for process improvement to enhance the consultant experience
- Work across organizations to align on priorities
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practices
You will be measured on team customer satisfaction and utilisation, as well as individual goals.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services, education services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software. Requirements include:
Basic Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience with PATTS practice management or functional consulting
- 3-5+ years of experience leading teams

- Experience with Workday technology & tools
- Critical thinker & innovator with the ability to bring new ideas to life
- Strong team player, committed to high quality delivery
- Willingness to take personal ownership and responsibility for achieving results
- Excellent attention to detail while also understanding the strategy and vision that drives the team
- Self-starter with proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations
- Structured, organised, and disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
