Zayo is seeking a Workday HRIS Senior Program Manager who will report to the Director of HRIS and will be part of supporting the People and Culture Organization with cross functional Workday system needs. Our Workday HRIS Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving continual Workday system enhancement and optimization efforts, ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. The Workday HRIS Senior Program Manager role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities and program management skills to drive efficiency and innovation within our Workday system.
*We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversees and manages multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient implementation(s) as well as contributing to the development of project/process documentation

Is a Strategic Partner making informed decisions considering the relationship between requests and other changes, as well as readiness of organization. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team(s) to plan and execute work.

Is a Product Owner (PO) representing the Workday system in Zayo's cross-enterprise technology delivery initiative; A key advocate and primary link to other application teams

Assembles status decks to regularly communicate the status of projects within a program, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and upcoming activities

Responsible for ensuring the backlog is clear, well-defined, and properly prioritized based on value and Stakeholder/Leadership input
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or five (5) years' related experience

Minimum three (3) years of Workday system experience, including a comprehensive understanding of the system’s functionalities, varied modules preferred

Project or program management experience
-
Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS delivery models
-
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization in a collaborative and positive manner

Strong problem solving techniques
-
Should possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Workday
-
Workday Security Administrator background, highly desirable

Basic programming abilities to participate in day-to-day configuration and development if needed
Estimated Base Pay Range: $95,800 - $136,900 USD/annually
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
