What you’ll do as a Workday HRIS Analyst:

Provide expertise in the functional configuration of HCM and other Workday product areas

Assist end users and HR business partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors

Optimize our HRIS to support HR business processes, policies, and third-party integrations
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes using Workday
-
Define system requirements, research capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes

Support end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations
What we’re looking for:

3+ years of HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday

Knowledge and experience with HCM Workday product area, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area

Expertise in configuring multiple Workday product areas, with a strong understanding of cross-functional touchpoints, HRIS security, calculated fields, and custom reports

Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced environments
-
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Proficient in MS Excel
