  • As part of ASIS team this position will lead toward technical advancement of Workday HCM solution. This position will provide an opportunity to explore, troubleshoot and develop solutions on various functional domains and provide a good learning curve.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand the team structure and align himself/herself with the business objective for the ASIS team as well as broader AS team.
  • Understand and own the day to day operations task in Workday HCM for ASIS team.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot any issues found in the workday HCM system.
  • Design and develop new enhancements and projects to cater the business need for Talent, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Ability to work independently to understand business requirements and suggest/implement a possible solution.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday.
  • Strong experience in Workday HCM modules support activities
  • Align with Blue Yonder Core values – Empathy, Results, Relentless & teamwork.
  • Understand the team structure and align himself/herself with the business objective for the ASIS team as well as broader AS team.
  • Understand and own the day-to-day operations task in Workday HCM for ASIS team.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot any issues found in the workday HCM system.
  • Design and develop new enhancements and projects to cater the business need for Talent, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge and interests in Workday HCM
  • Experience with BIRT and Reporting module, Security, Benefits module.
  • Experience/Knowledge in any of Talent/recruitment/Time and absence modules.
  • Understand the team structure and align himself/herself with the business objective for the ASIS team as well as broader AS team.
