Position SummaryJob Description Summary
Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff.   • Workday Certification in HCM & Compensation/Advance Compensation 
  • 2+ years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycle experience as Workday HCM.
  • Detailed understanding of Workday Core, Recruiting or Talent.
  • Workday Learning exp a plus.
  • Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage 
  • Proficient in Workday Methodology 
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 
  • Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time when needed 
  • Preferred: 
  • Workday Product Lead for Compensation/Advance Compensation 
  • Previous consulting experience with Cloud implementation such as SAP, Oracle, etc. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in mentoring others
  • Aspiration to learn, train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
