Job Description:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with HR and business teams to collect, document, and analyze Workday requirements.
- Workday Configuration Support: Assist in configuring Workday HCM modules, security roles, and business processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and recommend Workday solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Testing & UAT Support: Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR and business metrics.
- Change Management & Training: Support change management efforts by documenting processes and training end-users.
- Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate fixes with IT teams, and manage Workday service requests.
