What will your job look like?
The Workday Financial Systems Analyst is a member of the HR & Financial Systems Team and will be responsible for governing data collection, financial report creation and visualization, and resolving Financial Systems issues within Workday Financials. The Workday Financial Systems Analyst will provide front line support of our Financial Systems and assist with development, administration, reporting, implementation efforts of new financial technologies, and organizational initiatives.
Location: This is a hybrid role located at our St. Louis, MO office location.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Workday Financial projects including application testing, implementation, enhancements / upgrades, new functionality investigation and deployment
- Ensure request, incident, problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure. This includes maintaining communications with all stakeholders to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide front line support for Financial Systems
- Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and third party consultants to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends design changes for medium complex challenges
- Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements
- Support current and new financial system integrations of low to medium complexity
- Maintain existing business processes and recommend solutions
- Design, configure, document, and maintain complex reports using Workday, Workday Studio, and Excel
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that deliver data analysis to leaders for decision making.
- Support assignment of Workday Financial security configurations with appropriate approvals
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or similar field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience with financial system software (ERPs), in a functional or technical capacity
- Experience with financial reporting creation
- Experience with systems analysis, accounting process and procedures
- Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday Financials is preferred
Skills:
- Must possess the ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business
- Knowledge of general accounting processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary Min: $55,920
Salary Max: $75,000
