Huron’s Enterprise Workday team is comprised of business-minded technology professionals responsible for the ongoing optimizing of our portfolio through product strategy, solution delivery, and support. Our team partners closely with our business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiencies and create real outcomes for our business. The Product portfolios focus primarily on Workday but also contain integrations to various supporting systems and other complementary solutions.
Our Enterprise Workday Product Team is an experienced group of technology professionals responsible for the full product lifecycle empowering our business through partnership, product strategy, solution delivery, and support.

Operate as a Workday Financials Product Developer (configuring and optimizing our Workday Financials and build reporting focused on the Adaptive, Budgets, General Ledger, Treasury, and Business Assets modules).

Support our internal stakeholders across Huron’s Finance and Accounting teams to understand their needs and develop solutions.

Implement new functionality and fixes made available by the weekly and bi-annual Workday releases. Leverage Workday Community to research and contribute solutions. Ensure internal systems stay on the cutting edge of Workday functionality, working towards continuous optimization.

Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users.

Partner with other cross-functional and technical teams including Integrations and Security to support and optimize current offerings.
Qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience (including internships) in the areas of the business adjacent to Workday FIN required. This could include financial planning and analysis, finance operations, accounting, or economics.

Workday configuration experience a plus, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role.

Good analytical and problem resolution skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.

Report Writer experience is a plus. This position will require report writing and building Office Connect reports.

Excel skills a plus. While most of the work will be in Workday and Adaptive, Excel skills are necessary for assessing load files.

The estimated base salary for this job is $60,000 - $80,000 USD The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $64,800 - $89,600. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
