By joining CrossVue you’ll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:
- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Assist clients with integrating Workday into their current business environments and provide input on best practices

Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system

Understand technical data conversion issues, and communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion

Expertly resolve issues and communicate recommendations and solutions

Answer all inquiries on a timely basis, completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner

Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards

Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for reporting deliverables

Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
We’re looking for someone with:
-
2+ years of professional services experience in a client facing role at a leading consulting firm, Big Four accounting firm, or equivalent experience
-
2+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workday deployment partner preferred
-
Advanced or Expert proficiency in Excel
-
Proficiency with ETL tools, HCM and/or FDM data gathering workbooks, and data loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.)

Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well as data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits

Understanding of data modelling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Tableau and SQL

Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective

Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
-
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
