Tasks and Responsibilities
• Data Cleansing/Business Validation (global & country level) - Coordinating with global & country level resources to identify and cleanse data at source
• Stranded Data - Coordinating with global & country level resources to identify and address stranded data in current landscape vs Workday data scope (helping to craft/implement stranded data strategy)
• Data Retention and Data Archival - Coordinating with global & country level resources to craft and implement data retention and data archival strategies
• Creating and developing functional designs and specifications
• Supporting configuration and testing of NVS Workday solution
• Facilitation of workshops
• Understanding and translating stakeholder requirements into solution
• 6+ years of relevant experience within data management
• Professional knowledge of WorkDay tool
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
• Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration approach
• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
