We are seeking a Workday analyst to provide configuration support and data and integrity and management.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Manage the data integrity within Workday
  • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy of data within Workday
  • Contribute and support the execution and configuration of various Workday modules
  • Utilize business and Workday knowledge to identify areas of system improvement opportunities which impact business outcomes and people
  • Plan, design and configure new Workday functionality and enhancements. Provide recommendations regarding new functionality.
  • Assist with Workday release management
  • Resolve service request, issues and escalated cases in relation to Workday
  • Assist in the development of Workday test plans
  • Review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business processes and system functionality, including workflows, program functions and steps required to execute transactions
  • Become an active member within Workday Community to learn about new features and take trainings
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and training materials


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in Workday data management
  • Business process configuration experience in various Workday modules such as Workday Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent and Performance
  • Strong understanding of system and data security, system to system integration, data transformation and data exchanges
  • Test scenario development
  • System testing, and business process development
  • Analytical and logical thinking to support problem solving
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of Workday configuration and data management experience required
