What You’ll Do 

The Workday Analyst provides knowledge for all areas relating to financial systems. At the Foundation, this role requires experience in Workday and Adaptive Planning, experience in financial operations and reporting, and/or other technologies. This position is responsible for the continuous improvement of financial systems and technology and supports user adoption of our full suite of technology tools for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. The Workday Analyst is a cross-functional role with the power to impact both internal teams and program partners.

  •  Supports the Systems Team with maintaining Workday and Adaptive Planning, including
    but not limited to:

○ Researching and resolving user questions, and identifying user access issues.

○ Supporting the Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis with maintaining the Workday data mapping to Adaptive Planning.

○ Auditing worktag values, reviewing system updates, and conducting discovery sessions

  •  Supports the accounting staff's capabilities in using current and new systems and tools through in-person or virtual training and process documentation.

  • Researching and implementing new system functionality for financial modules within the

  • system (Financial Accounting, Projects, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, etc.).

Attributes for Success   

  •  Knowledge of Workday including FDM, security, custom reporting, and Financial Modules (Spend, Customer Accounts, Financial Accounting, Projects, etc.)

  • Understanding of Finance operations, Finance data management, Finance data and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
