SUMMARY: Drives initiatives to updated written work instructions. Creator of digital work instructions on AI platform.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Continuously drives the creation and improvement of Work Instructions Ability to understand and algin work instructions with organizations management system (KHMS) Reviews current Work Instruction documentation and revises and edits as necessary. Observes/ Video Team Members to ensure work instruction accuracy. Publish completed work instruction videos on company tool (Deep How) platform. Attend Deep How meetings as needed to work with larger team including corporate stakeholders. Train Management, Leads, Supervisors and Process Owners on digital work instruction tool. Communicates with Management, Leads, Supervisors, and Technical Staff to ensure accurate and current information is included in work instructions. Keeps Team Member safety in mind when crafting and modifying work instructions.

Teamwork/Collaboration - Working efficiently with team/work group or those outside the formal line of authority (e.g., peers, senior managers) to accomplish organizational goals; taking actions that respect the needs and contributions of others; contributing to and accepting the consensus; subordinating own objectives to the objectives of the organization or team.
Other Qualifications:

  • In addition to the capabilities above a good candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, a basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Sufficient social skills to allow efficient communication with Team Members, Team Leads, and Supervisors so that accurate and effective work instructions can be crafted.
  • Ability to use video technology and software such as Deep How
  • Process Driven, Critical thinking and analytical skills a plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills including the use of Word and Excel
  • Excel Excellent written language and verbal communication skills


WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to wear appropriate company-issued safety and GMP equipment, including: steel toe shoes that are also slip resistant, hearing protection, bump cap, and other personal protective equipment.
