Daily challenges
We are looking for 24/7 Windows Technical Support Engineers. As a Windows Technical support Engineer you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by supporting state-of-the-art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment providing support 24/7. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing standardized changes. You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.
eXperience and skills required
• Fluent in verbal & written English;
• Practical experience administrating Windows Server 2012 and later versions;
• At least basic experience troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS…);
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting;
• Basic Networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT);
• Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter;
• Ability to make hardware and software recommendations for particular cases during troubleshooting process;
