JOB FUNCTIONS

As part of the Community Health Institute team, the Wig Consultant:
- Select, fit and customize wigs for clients during personal consultation.
- Review available styles both in stock and through catalogs to determine appropriate styles.
- Review with client service provided, payment or insurance information.
- Maintain inventory by monitoring product levels and order and stocking supplies needed.
- Documents billing by completing necessary forms and forwarding documentation to Winchester Physician Associates.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment to enhance patient satisfaction and a culture of safety.
