We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join us at our NYC Headquarters! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily sales operations and managing account relationships, helping drive our business forward.

What you’ll do:

  • Account Management Support: Daily assistance on all aspects of assigned support accounts duties including back-end operations (imagery uploads, PA and Copy requests, RTV creation, order entry, and style setup)  and day-to-day communication with customers.
  • Market Prep & Execution: Actively assist in all aspects of market prep and execution.
  • In-season Analysis & Support: In-season selling tasks include: pulling and analyzing weekly account selling, identifying in-season opportunities and suggestions, conducting weekly site scrubs, managing ECOM presentations, and Drop Ship management.  
  • Sample & Showroom Management: Will play a large role in sample and showroom management, including: seasonal sample distribution, account sample requests, and weekly showroom sweeps to ensure proper presentation.
  • Store Visits & Merchandising: Conduct regular store visits to local retailers, providing support with merchandising, product knowledge (PK), associate feedback and recaps to the Sales teams. 
  • Events: Travel to trade shows and trunk shows as needed to represent the brand and support the wholesale team.
  • NuORDER & Asset Management: Oversee Nuorder asset management, support the creation of ad-hoc selling tools and system updates.


What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in Wholesale industry 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and through email 
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter  with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Has a valid US license

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
