Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage and optimize online customer experience to maximize sales conversion.
  • Analyze marketing data and website analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, and email marketing. Oversee paid, earned, and owned media strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize data platforms like ZoomInfo (or similar) for lead generation and market analysis.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platforms) to automate marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience,2 with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition, along with brand building.
  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing, preferably within the energy services or utility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and website analytics.
  • Experience managing advertising agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google/GA4).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • Experience with data platforms like ZoomInfo (or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the energy services industry and regulatory landscape is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,000 to $177,500 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
