The WFM Forecast and Planner is responsible for providing ongoing 120 day forecast for Revenue Management, monitoring staffing and scheduling, in support of Shared Services and Revenue Management.   A WFM Forecast and Planner will provide staffing model and scheduling recommendations based on service level requirements to meet business needs.
