Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d)

Für unseren Standort in Ludwigsburg suchen wir im Bereich Personalwesen einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für 1-2 Jahre. Als Werkstudent im Personal werden Sie Einblick in die Aufgaben des Personalmanagements bekommen.

AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

·         Unterstützung der Personalreferenten im operativen Tagesgeschäft

·         Planung und Durchführung von Projekten und Prozessen der operativen Personalbetreuung

·         Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen

·         Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

·         Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und innerhalb des Bewerbermanagements

AUSBILDUNG UND ERFAHRUNGEN

·         Immatrikulierter Student im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar mit Schwerpunkt Personal

·         Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gute Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit

·         Erste Praxiserfahrung von Vorteil

·         Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

·         Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
