Job Responsibilities:

  • In Line Inspection
  • Leak Testing
  • Documentation Repair welds
  • Fast Response in case of systematic welding defects
  • Camera-Offset
  • Riveting
  • Operating machines or using manual methods in a safe manner to meet production goals.
  • Assess welds to ensure cleanliness and within designated specifications of customer requirements.
  • Repair robot welds as needed
  • Conduct test to evaluate weld quality
  • Collaborate with engineering to address issues
  • Reads and follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards. Reports any deviations immediately.
  • Trains other employees as needed.
