Position Summary:
The Web Developer I will be responsible for updating and publishing web content, managing analytics platforms, and developing and maintaining web marketing tools. This role is integral to creating and optimizing marketing landing pages, responsive HTML, page layouts, back-end development, and web analytics to support the Marketing team’s goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop responsive HTML pages and edit existing web pages to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and optimize landing pages using Marketing Cloud.
- Build, code, and debug responsive HTML email templates for various campaigns.
- Build and maintain web forms, integrating them with API tools.
- Collaborate with app engineers to develop and maintain marketing tools.
- Update and maintain WordPress, including plugins and version upgrades.
- Continuously optimize the performance and user experience of the marketing website.
- Utilize VWO and/or WebFX Personalization to deliver segmented elements and messaging to prospects on the marketing site.
- Manage and enhance Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations and reports.
- Generate ad-hoc analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap Framework (v4 or higher).
- Understanding of SEO and ADA best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$84,000—$105,000 USD
The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
