As a Website Content Administrator, you will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to build a website experience that drives value to prospects and customers. You'll leverage your expertise in content strategy, tech stack, and design to meet your goals while elevating the user experience.
How you'll drive impact:

  • Maintain the website, ensuring that content is current, relevant and strategically aligned to business priorities and updates are smooth and efficient. This includes production updates, trafficking creative assets, and landing page development
  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure best practices and advanced techniques are adhered to
  • Understand website performance and gather actionable insightsusing Google Analytics, SEMRush, Sitebulb, Google Search Console and behavior tracking tools
  • Enhance the user experience to drive engagement and conversion by leveraging platforms like Drift, Marketo, etc.
  • Perform audits and edits as directed across our library of existing web content
  • Assist with requirements gathering, specifications, design and timelines for A/B testing initiatives and execution
  • Coordinate content translation efforts to ensure new content is relevant for German and Japan audiences


The skills you'll bring include:

  • You bring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in integrated production (content, design, development, localization) for tech-driven companies
  • You excel at conceptualizing and executing compelling web experiences that drive new user acquisition and engagement
  • Experience with CMS platforms like EPI and/or ContentStack is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, Jira, analytics tools and A/B testing
  • Experience with replatforming, rebranding and website optimization strategies to support awareness and demand generation
