About the Role:

Signifyd is seeking a Website Growth Marketing Manager to help transform our North America website into a high-performing demand generation engine. In this role, you'll focus on converting high-value traffic from target accounts into meaningful opportunities for our sales team through tailored content and optimized website experiences. 

In this role, you’ll lead initiatives in Content management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Reporting to enhance website performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the web development team to ensure content is consistently updated and aligned with strategic goals. By transforming website content into engaging experiences, you'll help convert visitors into loyal customers, particularly focusing on top accounts within our ICP. Your SEO expertise will drive traffic and opportunities, while your data-driven approach to reporting—using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager—will provide valuable insights to improve conversion rates and support demand generation.

You’ll work with a digitally-fluent marketing team and a creative website development team, where support, resources, and collaboration will help you grow and succeed. Responsibilities

  • Understand and audit our website holistically, then help define a priority set of work and high-impact roadmap for improvement.  
  • Define the KPIs for search, conversion-rate optimization, and website performance. 
  • Own the reporting on an ongoing basis and strategy to improve these metrics. 
  • Lead strategic onsite and SEO efforts while working with relevant cross-functional teams (content authors, website developers, product marketing). 
  • Perform keyword, content, and topic research. Design a system that helps us implement that research in ways that ensure our website continues to keep pace with impactful internal and external factors (new search engines or algorithms, product updates, etc).
  • Provide holistic page and site health analyses, ensuring we are using technical SEO/CRO best practices
  • Provide technical assistance with GTM, Google Analytics and other tool setup, configuration, campaign optimization, maintenance, improvement and training.
  • Help content creators and web developers understand best practices for website performance.
  • Take an opinionated and strategic approach to experimentation that aligns with overarching growth marketing goals. 
  • Put in place a sustainable and scalable system for running experiments like A/B tests and optimization (landing pages, forms, lead capture opportunities)  landing pages, forms, lead capture opportunities. 

Required Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in technical website marketing (SEO/CRO), either in-house or agency
  • Mastery of Google Analytics or a similar tool and reporting
  • Expert at SEO principles + conversion rate tactics and best practices
  • Experience optimizing web pages and experiences to provide engaging user experiences, resulting in greater conversions, site binging, reduced bounce rate, etc.
  • Knowledge of paid marketing channels including: paid social, paid search, and display
  • Superb analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced experience with tools such as MOZ, SEMrush, GA, and general experience with observation tools like Hotjar, CrazyEgg, LogRocket, etc.
  • Comprehension of sitemap functionality, deployment, and its SEO relevance
  • Ability to communicate technical information and concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience with SEO and CRO for B2B SAAS companies
  • Bonus points for having an ecommerce background
  • Experience with A/B testing and UX
  • Design and/or website creative talents (show us your portfolio, if you have one)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS
