What You’ll Do:
- Product Vision: Help define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web3 initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the web3 space.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and users to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch innovative web3 products and features.
- Web3 Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain, tokens, smart contracts, and decentralized applications, to drive product innovation.
- User Experience: Champion user-centric design and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Testing and Feedback: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve products.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions and track product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver successful products.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Experience in the domain industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay updated with emerging web3 technologies and trends.
- USA/CAN time zone or LATAM (Brazil) location preferred to ensure maximum team overlap.
