The project manager is responsible for setting deadlines and deliverables for the creative of web experiences. They must have strong communication, collaboration and prohlem solving skills. In partnership with marketers, web strategists, designers, product owners, and technologists, this position plays a critical role in shaping our end to end experiences to guide, inform and educate our clients to make the best choices for their future financial security, supporting our participants to and through their retirement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops master calendar and timing for projects, addressing bottlenecks and adjusting as needed
- Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member
- Facilitates prioritization conversations
- Plans and owns team meetings, sharepoint, regular business updates, reporting on volumes and capacity, and newsletter submissions
- Establishes most productive routines and cadences within the team and with marketing partners for sharing updates and tracking progress against calendar
- Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and standardized templates in support of the business strategy. Lead resolution or escalation of issues that prevent delivery against goals
- Key contributor in Workfront updates aligned to process
- Leads capacity and resource planning for enterprise web team leveraging full view of GTM calendars and foundational work planned
- Manage ongoing governance process for full portfolio of websites ensuring webpages and content are updated and in compliance
- Ensure resource availability
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage technical teams, coordinate tasks and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the team is aligned with the project’s requirements and timeline
- Collaborate with strategists, client marketing, product owners, design team and publishers to ensure that communication is clear and moving
- Drive continuous process improvements

Base Pay Range: $91,900/yr. - $165,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
