That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
In this role you will:
- Develop, publish, maintain, and retire website content in collaboration with marketing and business team stakeholders.
- Utilize existing components and/or custom HTML and CSS to translate Figma designs into web pages.
- Manage web content requests from inception to publication, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, SEO, and UX best practices.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing the CMS, web components, and other content technologies to Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
- Assist marketing and business teams in utilizing self-service authoring tools and provide onboarding, training, and support.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows and collaborate with teams and stakeholders on those improvements.
- Develop craft expertise in a supportive environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
We are looking for a collaborative and diligent professional with:
- 2-3 years of experience in content production or operations.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems, along with basic CSS and HTML formatting skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, engineering).
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic web analytics, SEO best practices, and content marketing principles.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with a headless CMS such as Contentful.
