We are looking for an interim Web Content Manager to join our team for 6 months. Working as part of the Web & SEO team in Marketing, you will be working with the Web Engineering team and in-house Studio to help deliver our CMS migration project.
Tasks include:
- Writing page requirements for design system updates and component builds
- Building pages into the new CMS
- QAing pages that have been built
- Putting pages through the approvals process prior to them being released
The Web & SEO team manages all of the content on starlingbank.com, and you’ll also help with updating content on the website for:
- Product and feature launches and updates,
- Regulatory requirements,
- Other marketing activity,
- General company information to be accurate.
To do this you’ll work closely with the web engineers and in-house Studio to develop content and components where required, which you’ll then be hands-on building and updating pages with.
- Confident in managing multiple projects and requirements at a time
- Experience using a website CMS
- Website migration project experience a bonus
- Have used web analytics tools
- Knowledge of web UX and UI
- Understanding of SEO
- Passionate about creating a good website experience for users
- Experience in writing web copy, whether that’s to support customers or help promote the product offering
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have a flexible, approachable attitude with good problem solving skills
- You can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have worked in Financial Services or another regulated environment
