Telenor Connexion – IoT Support Specialist

Telenor Connexion offers you an exciting opportunity to join as an IoT Support Specialist in Karlskrona. The services we deliver are used as building blocks by our customers to build their IoT products, many of these products deliver a business-critical end-product where functionality and stability are important. That’s where you come in!
The role
As an IoT Support Specialist, you will work to monitor the stability of our platforms and services and have close contact with our customers as the first line of contact in support tickets.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Technical customer support 24/7
- Monitoring of our core and international traffic
- Customer contact with technical troubleshooting
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Change management
- Reporting and follow-up of relevant KPIs
You will coordinate work throughout the company and have direct contact with manufacturers and suppliers. The role reports to the Head of Service Operation Center and is located in our office in Karlskrona.
As we serve customers all over the world 24/7/365, you will work daytime, evenings, nights and weekends on a rolling shift schedule.
The Team
The Service Operations team is highly valued by both customers and colleagues. The team currently consists of 12 employees with varying roles, all of whom are fully dedicated to supporting our customers by ensuring a world-class support experience. The team works very well together, and you will be part of an ambitious yet relaxed group of professionals, helping you grow in your role.
Requirements:
- Technical interest
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and in writing
Meritorious:
- Work experience from a similar role in Telecom, IT and troubleshooting
- Experience of IoT, Internet of Things
- Experience with APIs
