Position Summary
1. Meet customers' needs by achieving the production target through production progress management.
2. Achieve production target by managing production forecast and production KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Production forecast and management] Manage and check production planning and management on a weekly basis via production forecast and analysis of each product.
2. [Production execution capability check] Manage to execute production strategy after checking human resources, materials and execution capability.
3. [Production management by product / process] Manage to analyze causes of overall issues in order to accomplish production goals and manage improvement strategies.
4. [Production input progress management] Monitor standardized production by managing inputting based on the production goals.
5. [Assembly movement instruction check] Monitors the execution status of material transfer instruction to sub-production-process.
6. [Production statistical index management] Take care of the infrastructure that achieves the index by having the knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) necessary for progress management.
Skills and Qualifications
• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
• Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
